We had a blast with his party. The children enjoyed playing together, and the men enjoyed talking farming and farming and more farming. . . At least with all the tactor men we had together, not one asked me what model that tractor cake wassupposed to be! But it must have got them started on the subject because that's about all I heard all evening! For those who know them and are wondering, we had Mark and Cheryl Oberholtzer and their 4 children over. Our children do love playing together!

A REAL tool box (with hammer, two screwdrivers, and a tape measure inside) and the longed-for "flute". Now if he could just learn to play it instead of only making noise! :-) Anyone have any hints to help that department?
Let him make a joyful noise -- for only a set amount of time. The more he blows it, the more he'll enjoy it. then give him a tune or two to learn. The party looks like it was a good time. Good for you.
